SWC‑E telescopic flanged‑unit universal coupling is modular heavy‑duty cardan shaft with spline telescopic sleeve. It provides both angular misalignment and axial displacement compensation. Full flanged modular construction allows separate component replacement for easy maintenance. High‑strength alloy steel forging & heat‑treatment. Suited for paper‑making, mixing machinery and equipment requiring regular service.
Main Features
SWC‑E telescopic flanged‑unit universal coupling belongs to SWC series cross‑type cardan shaft. Equipped with spline sliding sleeve, it compensates angular offset and axial displacement caused by thermal expansion and equipment vibration.
It adopts full flanged modular construction, all joints and tubes are connected by flange bolts, no welded tube section. Components such as universal joint head, intermediate tube and telescopic sleeve can be disassembled and replaced individually, greatly lowering maintenance cost.
Main components are high‑strength alloy steel, forged and quenched‑tempered. Cross shaft together with needle roller bearings deliver smooth rotation, low vibration and strong impact resistance. Maximum allowable working angle: ≤15°.
Standard SWC‑E sizes available. Overall length, spline stroke, flange and bore dimensions can be customized per drawings or technical requirements. OEM & ODM orders are welcome.
