SWC‑A telescopic welded‑type universal coupling is heavy‑duty cardan shaft with spline sliding sleeve. It compensates both angular misalignment and axial displacement. Integral forked yoke structure avoids bolt‑loosen failure. Manufactured from high‑strength alloy steel by forging and heat‑treatment. Ideal for mining crusher, metallurgical mill and other heavy‑load equipment with axial shaft movement.
Main Features
SWC‑A telescopic welded‑type universal coupling belongs to SWC series cross‑type cardan shaft. Equipped with spline telescopic sleeve, it can absorb angular offset and axial displacement caused by thermal expansion or operating vibration simultaneously.
It adopts integral forked yoke construction without bolt‑fixed bearing cap, greatly reduces hidden danger of bolt fracture. Main parts are high‑strength alloy steel, forged and quenched‑tempered. Cross shaft matched with needle roller bearings ensures smooth rotation, low noise and strong impact resistance. Transmission efficiency reaches 98‑99.8%.
Maximum allowable working angle: ≤15°.
Standard SWC‑A series are in stock. Overall length, spline stroke, flange dimension and bore size can be customized according to drawings or technical specifications. OEM & ODM are acceptable.
