Z Type Shrink Disc

Z4 Type Locking Assembly is a heavy‑duty double‑taper keyless locking assembly composed of split inner cone ring, split outer cone ring and two compression taper rings. It is tightened by 12.9‑grade hexagon socket screws. Compared with Z2 type, Z4 features longer mating contact surfaces and superior centering accuracy.
 
Capable of transmitting extremely large torque and combined axial‑torque loads. It is widely used for heavy‑duty equipment such as metallurgy, mining, large‑size conveyors, heavy machine tools and wind‑power auxiliary transmission systems where high concentricity and heavy load are required.
