Z Type Shrink Disc

Z2 Type Locking Assembly is an integrated double conical‑ring keyless locking assembly for shaft‑hub connection. It comes complete with built‑in flange and 12.9‑grade hexagon socket clamping screws. No extra external thrust‑ring assembly is required.
 
Under identical bolt tightening torque, Z2 delivers higher radial pressure and transmits larger torque load compared with Z1 type. Equipped with integrated disassembly threaded holes for convenient removal. Widely used in packaging, textile, machine‑tool and general power‑transmission machinery.
